Return Conditions

Replacements

Defective units replaced immediately. Email sales@safecam.my for authorization.

Refund Process

Approved refunds processed within 7–14 working days to original payment method.

Partial Refunds

Applied to items missing parts, showing installation marks, or returned after 30 days.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all seals intact.

Non-returnable items: Gift cards, software/firmware upgrades, installation labor.

Exchanges (Defective or Damaged)

If your unit is defective upon arrival, we replace it immediately. Email sales@safecam.my. Return to: SAFECAM SDN BHD, 4M TINGKAT KENARI, MK 12, 11900 BAYAN LEPAS, PENANG.

Partial Refunds

May be granted for items not in original condition (missing cables/brackets), signs of installation, or returns after 30 days.

The Refund Process

Approval is based on unit condition inspection. Approved refunds take 7–14 working days. Sale items are final and cannot be refunded.

Late or Missing Refunds

Double-check your bank account and contact your credit card company first. If still missing, reach out to kentoktt@gmail.com.

Shipping for Returns

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (non-refundable). For items over RM75, use trackable shipping; we cannot guarantee receipt without tracking.
