  1. Warranty Period

We provide limited-time warranty for purchases from Safecam Official Online Store (https://safecam.my). The warranty period follow by warranty card given.

*Important Note: Safecam is not responsible for other extra warranty or different after-sales warranty policies promised by resellers, agents, distributors or any other sales channel platform / third parties.

 

 

  1. To be qualified for the warranty service, the below conditions must be met:

 

√  The product has been used normally within the specified warranty period and has no signs of external / man-made damage.

√  The product has undergone no unauthorized disassembly, modification or addition outside of advice given in the official product guide.

√  The product has not experienced any accidental damage.

√  You are able to provide valid proof of purchase & warranty card

 

 

 

3.    The warranty service Does NOT apply to:

× Damage caused by unauthorized (workshops / third parties) modification, disassembly, opening for repairs (not included in the official product manual);

× Consumable parts, such as batteries, protective coatings or cables, that may naturally diminish over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship;

× Man-made / cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship;

× Damage caused by the use of third-party components or products;

× Accidental damage (For example: the product is dropped from high up or suffers water damage);

× Product failure or damage caused by major incident or natural disaster (For example: fire, earthquake, lightning etc.)

× Damage caused by improper use of battery packs, chargers and cables; incorrect installation or operation of product not included in the official product manual;

× Defects caused by normal wear & tear or aging;

× If the product’s serial number has been removed or unclear;

× Unable to provide valid proof of purchase & warranty card;

 

 

 

  1. How to apply your warranty ?

STEP 1: Prepare the materials and information

  • Warranty card that provided in the box.
  • Photos & Videos — Pictures and short video needed to show the issues.
  • Details — Describe the issue and details on what happened and how. 
  • Sales invoice & Order No. — Sales invoice or order confirmation details that shows the products, prices and sales channel.

 

 

 STEP 2: Start your process

Please chat us on platform Shopee / Tiktok / Lazada / Website that you purchases.
You will need to provide the details and information from Step 1.
