HARDWIRE KIT USER MANUAL

This product is a dedicated power cord for Dashcam. Use the voltage step-down function to reduce the DC 12V - 24V voltage and output DC 5V/1-3A to power the Dashcam. 

 

Product Description: 

It has a low-voltage protection function. When the voltage is too low, the device will automatically turn off the output to ensure that the car can start normally. It also has short-circuit protection, over-current protection, over-voltage protection, over-temperature protection, high-voltage surge protection, and input reverse connection protection.

Installation Procedure

1. Connect to the power port of the Dashcam.

 

 

2. Open the cover of the fuse box. (The position of the fuse box varies slightly from car to car)

 

 

3. (Red Wire) to ACC ; (Yellow Wire) to Positive pole.

How to judge 24H power supply and ACC ?

Use a battery test pen. After the car is powered off, the test pen light comes on, indicating a 24H power supply. When the car is turned on and the battery test pen light isn on, but when the car is turned off and the power test pen light is off, it is ACC.

 

 

4. Connect the black wire to the metal of the car and secure it with screws.

 

5. Starts the car engine and tests if it works properly for a few minutes.

 

6. Then hide the wire along the edge into the gap and fix the wire harness.

 

7. Close the safety box - Done.
